Annum Health has executed a 3-year agreement with Cigna in which Annum will be offered to their self-funded employer customers. Also, Silverline and Annum were awarded the Partner Innovation award by Salesforce for the Annum Health Platform they built together and were recognized at Dreamforce last month. Annum was also named a finalist for the GEC Catalyst award in Digital Health Innovation.

CareSpeak was acquired by pharma-provider messaging company OptimizeRx for $9M. The deal will allow OptimizeRx to include CareSpeak’s adherence-boosting patient messaging features into their larger platform.

Clarify Health raised $57 million in a Series B financing round, lead by global investment firm KKR. The funding will fuel the company’s growth in building the first real-time care guidance platform for healthcare. Clarify also announced the hiring of Kara Dennis as SVP and GM of Life Sciences, where she will be responsible for spearheading their new business division, leading the development of new offerings to provide insight for biopharmaceutical companies as they develop and market new therapies and treatments.
