Acupath Laboratories has signed an exclusive deal to commercially launch an innovative new bladder cancer biomarker that significantly improves on the accuracy of traditional non-invasive diagnostic testing (urine cytology) and possesses the potential to revolutionize bladder cancer detection. Bladder cancer is the 6th most common cancer in the U.S., with 81,000 new cases annually and a 75% recurrence rate.
