Deloitte has launched a site, Combating COVID-19 With Resilience that compiles insights on key topics that can help you act in this ongoing crisis with empathy and action.

GoMo Health has released a new digital flipbook outlining the program results for some of their maternal and child health concierge programs. Clients featured include WellCare of Nebraska, The Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu, Kenya, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).

Heartbeat Health, a NYC-based digital health company aimed at improving heart health and addressing cardiovascular disease, raised $8.2 million in Series A funding led by .406 Ventures and Optum Ventures in March 2020. Dr. Jeff Wessler, Heartbeat CEO and Assistant Clinical Professor Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, plans to use the funding to support product research and development and national expansion of Heartbeat Health’s digital heart health platform.

MDCalc is seeking a full-time Lead Software Developer (not remote) to bring the MDCalc technical architecture to the next level, mentor and manage the MDCalc developers, and identify clever ways to implement all of the oncoming technical needs of MDCalc.

mHealthCoach’s mHealthLive TeleTherapy platform is helping practices to continue treating patients from the comfort of their home, easily enroll patients and hold secure TeleTherapy sessions. They are currently offering the first 3 mHealthLive TeleTherapy sessions at no charge, and after that only $1 per session.

PatientPoint is offering its COVID-19 education to all healthcare providers to download and use to reach patients wherever they are and whenever they need support via its COVID-19 Physician Tool Kit. After completing a quick form, providers are taken to a landing page containing the entire PatientPoint library of continually updated CDC- and WHO-sourced COVID-19 content. They also recently published a blog on its COVID-19 product innovation, including adjusting its Interactive Exam Room Devices and print brochure and condition guide offerings to deliver “no-touch” messaging and education.

Young Women in Bio (YWIB), a national organization of life sciences professionals that gives young girls the inspiration they need to become tomorrow’s leaders in STEM fields, has created a series of free COVID-19-related online learning modules aimed at high school students and teachers. Anyone can access these modules here. NYCHBL member Wendy Diller chairs the YWIB Metro NY Chapter and  encourages everyone to enjoy and share these modules, as new ones become available on a regular basis.
