Congratulations!

 

Congratulations to Clarify, PulsePoint and Aetion – three NYCHBL sponsors – on these milestones.

Clarify announced its Series C raise of $115 million in March. Insight Partners led the round alongside Spark Capital, Concord Health Partners, and HWVP, with participation from KKR, Rivas Capital, and Sigmas Group.

PulsePoint announced an acquisition agreement with Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.

Aetion announced a $110M Series C fundraise, led by Warburg Pincus LLC with additional investment from B Capital Group, Foresite Capital, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and Flare Capital Partners.
