Vytalize Health raised $53 million in funding to propel value-based senior care, led by Enhanced Healthcare Partners.

Welldoc recently completed a joint study with Truven identifying the impact of A1C reduction across a population living with diabetes and hypertension highlighting a 53% reduction in cost of care per member plus the impact prevention has on these costs for self-insured employers and the subsequent cost avoidance tied to proactive self-management education and support.
